EarlyON Child and Family programs offer free, inclusive and welcoming programs for parents, caregivers and young children from birth to six years old. These high-quality programs are designed to cater to the diverse needs of families and children. This is a drop in program and space is limited.

Come and practice speaking English with a friendly group, lead by a librarian.  Have fun, build your confidence, and improve your English language speaking skills. Join us after school to paint by number using one of our pre-designed templates! Follow the number to the correct colour to paint on the image. There will be 3 difficulties to choose from: easy, medium and hard.

For school-aged children and their caregivers. All materials provided.

In this group we will spend some time looking at poetic devices and examples.

Also sampling famous poets from past to contemporary.

Deconstructing poems and uncovering meaning. Remainder of the hour participants will have time to showcase their own poems or present favorites.

Join us for an introductory lesson and learn about the most common tools. We'll explore the workspace and enhance images while investigating tools such as crop, levels, colour balance and more. See how an image can be altered and repaired using patch tools such as the clone and healing brush tools. We'll also dive deep into the world of layers and how you can manage them for those really unique and fun projects.

Basic computing skills are required. Keyboard and mouse skills are required.

Teens and Adults (ages 13 and up).
