Learn some of the basics of Adobe InDesign by creating a small magazine (zine) with some commonly used tools. The tutorial will cover layout, text controls, images, and preparing your project to print. Computers will be provided for this class.

Python is an open source programming language that is used for creating web applications, web content, mathematics and system scripting. In this course you will learn how python code works and be given time to practice. Prior coding knowledge is not necessary for this introductory class. Key takeaways will include a working knowledge of variables, loops, conditional arguments and much more. Computers will be provided for this class.

This class assumes you have a basic understanding of InDesign or have attended Publication Design 1 with Adobe InDesign.
